A gorgeously rich gelato inspired by the beautiful city of Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast, and its famous pudding Delizia al Limone (Lemon Delight).

Frozen lemon custard, crunchy pieces of home-baked cake and a dash of Italian Limoncello liqueur. A bit more than a dash, actually.. Oops! To all the lemon lovers, try it out!

Ingredients: Fresh Milk (40%), Fresh Cream (Milk), Egg Yolk, Sugar, Dextrose, Sponge Cake (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Egg, Milk, Butter (Milk), Baking Powder (Raising Agents (E450, E500), Starch), Lemon Juice (8%), Limoncello (Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Natural Flavourings, Lemon Peel Infusion), Milk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D). Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. Thickener: Tara Gum.
