Madagascar vanilla Gelato with chunks of organic dark chocolate and caramelised walnuts, completed by a homemade figs swirl. Inspired by Florence, the biggest town in Tuscany, and the most famous ingredients of this region.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk (58%), Fresh Cream (Milk), Sugar, Fig Sauce (Figs, Sugar, Dextrose), Dextrose, Caramelised Walnuts (Walnuts, Sugar), Milk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass (70%), Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Extract), Vanilla Pod. Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. Thickener: Tara Gum.
