Venezia

Inspired by one of Venice most famous desserts, Tiramisú. A velvety custard with Mascarpone cheese, layered with Savoiardi biscuits and a homemade chocolate and coffee sauce.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk (48%), Sugar, Egg Yolk, Mascarpone Cheese (Milk, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Dextrose, Sponge Fingers (Sugar, Wheat Flour, Egg, Raising Agents: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate; Flavouring), Fresh Cream (Milk), Cocoa, Coffee Sauce (Sugar, Water, Dextrose, Coffee, Cocoa). Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. Thickener: Tara Gum.
