Inspired by a traditional fruit tart from Rome, Crostata con visciole e ricotta, this Gelato is made with homemade fresh ricotta cheese, swirled with dark cherry sauce and scattered with pieces of homemade crumble.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk (55%), Fresh Cream (Milk), Amarena Cherries (15%) (Sugar, Black Cherries, Glucose Syrup, Water, Black Cherry Juice (4%), Acidifier Citric Acid, Natural Flavouring, Anthocyanin Colouring Agents Extract from Plants), Sugar, Crumble (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Butter (Milk)), Dextrose, Ricotta Cheese (Milk, Lemon), Milk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D). Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. Thickener: Tara Gum.
