Fiordilatte

An Italian classic. The simplest of gelatos, still so genuine and refreshing. The delicate flavour of fresh milk and cream from the Duffield Dairy, for many a flavour flashback to childhood.

Excellent on its own, perfect when paired with fresh fruits, a slice of cake or splashed with a shot of hot espresso.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk (58%), Fresh Cream (Milk), Sugar, Dextrose, Milk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D). Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. Thickener: Tara Gum.
